Where we get personal information from Directly from you Family members or carers Other health and care providers When treating clients under the age of 16, we will only do so at the request of their parent or legal guardian and any personal information, medical or injury history will be provided by their parent\/guardian in the presence of the client to be treated. How long we keep information For insurance purposes we are required to retain client case files, and the personal information they contain, for a minimum of three years. Information collected in these documents will be kept in compliance with all current GDPR guidelines. If you would like your case file to be deleted after this period, please refer to your legal right to withdrawal.
